2. Service Description

OmniVision is an AI-powered visual recognition app that allows users to identify a wide variety of objects — including animals, plants, fossils, coins, and more — by uploading photos. The app provides instant insights, detailed explanations, and contextual information based on the uploaded image. OmniVision leverages OpenAI`'s Vision API to perform visual analysis and delivers results in real time.

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it. Please refer to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect the personal information you provide to us.

4. Modifications

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Users will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the App after such changes will constitute acceptance of the updated terms.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App for any reason, including breach of these terms.

The Company is not responsible for any harm, loss, or damage arising from your use of the App.
