OmniVision processes user-submitted images to deliver identification results. These images are temporarily sent to OpenAI`'s Vision API for processing. The app does not collect or retain personal, usage, or tracking data beyond this temporary upload.

3. How We Use Your Data

When you upload an image, OmniVision uses OpenAI`'s Vision API to analyse the content and provide identification, categorisation, or descriptive results. Images are sent securely to OpenAI for processing and are automatically deleted by OpenAI immediately after analysis.

OmniVision does not store these images on external servers, nor do we have access to your results beyond what is displayed on your device.

4. Data Sharing

OmniVision does not share any user data with third parties. While images are temporarily sent to OpenAI for analysis, OpenAI does not retain the images beyond the analysis process.

5. Data Storage

OmniVision does not store any images or identification results on your device, on our servers, or in iCloud. All images are temporarily processed by OpenAI`'s Vision API and are automatically deleted after analysis. No long-term storage of user data occurs.

OmniVision is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any data from children. If we become aware of any such data being collected, we will delete it promptly.

Images uploaded to the OpenAI Vision API may be processed on servers located in different regions. OpenAI automatically deletes all images after processing, ensuring no long-term retention or transfers occur.
